My 14-year-old and I just looked at a bunch of your pictures. She's been playing around with my digital camera and I believe she's a natural so I wanted to show her your work. She loved it. She said, "Oh, I wish I lived in the city so I could take pictures like that!" Real nice Peggy.
Thank you Debi! That is probably the best comment I've received. I don't think you necessarily need to live in a city, I think the key is to document where you are. To see beauty in the ordinary. I'm sure she could take photos of broken fences, rusty tractors, barns, etc. I am a fan of the rustic and of detritus. I'd love to see some of her work.
